Madhavi Mantha is the Head of Banking Research at Novarica. Since joining the firm, she has worked closely with the CIO members of the rapidly growing Novarica Banking Technology Research Council, exploring a wide range of issues ranging from channel strategy to business/IT alignment. Mantha joined Novarica from Accenture, where she focused on distribution channel strategies and front-office transformation for retail banks. Prior to Accenture, she was a Senior Analyst at Celent, where she focused on IT strategies to support retail banking multi-channel and self-service capabilities. She holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Concordia University and a Master of Business Administration from McGill University.
