JK Design Wins Prestigious MarCom Platinum Award
Leading New Jersey Print/Web/Video Design Firm Takes Home International Marketing Prize
HILLSBOROUGH, NJ, December 16, 2009 /Direct Marketing PR News/ -- Leading creative services firm JK Design has been named a recipient of a 2009 MarCom Platinum Award by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP).
JK Design was selected as a MarCom Award winner out of nearly 5,000 entries from corporate marketing and communication departments, advertising agencies, PR firms, design shops, production companies, and freelancers around the world. The Platinum MarCom Award is the highest award given and is presented to print, visual and audio entries judged to be outstanding in quality, creativity and resourcefulness.
JK Design's creative team earned the Platinum MarCom Award for their video entry, "My Company Culture." The video was created for Novo Nordisk, a world leader in health care and diabetes management. Designed to educate new employees about the company's unique culture and management philosophy, the video features candid testimonials from Novo Nordisk employees combined with sophisticated graphic treatments and animation.

Another JK Design project was recognized by Graphic Design USA magazine with a 2009 American Graphic Design Award. The "Breathe Easy" poster was designed to introduce employees of Quest Diagnostics to the company's tobacco-free workplace initiative. It will be published in the 2009 GDUSA Awards Annual.
