Karen McFaulds Named to Exclusive Membership Organization
Cambridge Who's Who honors Karen McFaulds for dedication in sales management at Novartis Consumer Health, Inc.
EAST HANOVER, NJ, June 9, 2009 /Direct Marketing PR News/ -- Karen McFaulds, Sales Administration and Communication Manager for Novartis Consumer Health, Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of HBA sales management.
Ms. McFaulds boasts more than 20 years of professional experience. She joined Novartis Consumer Health, Inc. (formerly Sandoz Consumer) as a sales analyst in 1989 and quickly worked her way up to her current challenging and rewarding position where she is responsible for managing policies and procedures, sales samples, pricing, and the sales communication extranet. She also oversees the planning of sales meetings and a major annual corporate event. Recently, she played a major role in the implementation of data synchronization with NCH's #1 customer, Wal-Mart. She attributes her success to her positive attitude, drive, personality, and great bosses who give her phenomenal direction.
Ms. McFaulds earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey in 1988. She is the recipient of numerous awards for her work including the Novartis OTC Impact Award for Significant Financial Impact from Novartis in 2008 and the Novartis Director's Achievement Award in Recognition of Dedication and Achievement in 1997. She contributes to numerous charities including the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, the Humane Society, the Michael J. Fix Foundation for Parkinson's Research, The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, the salvation Army, MADD, and the United way, just to name a few.
