An expert in the hospitality industry, Mrs. Mugford has more than 30 years of professional experience in Hotel Sales and Marketing. Currently, she is Managing Director of the North East/Central Pennsylvania Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association, overseeing the organization, planning and conducting monthly educational meetings and securing new members. She has 10 years of experience in her current position and previously worked as a Sales & Marketing Director for area hotels. The recipient of the North American Networking Award from Sheraton Corporation, she attributes her success to her understanding of people. In addition, she is Corporate/Association Sales Manager for her hometown hotel, The Ramada.
Ms. Mugford received her Associate's Degree in Business from Wilkes-Barre Business College. She sits on the board of directors for the Women's Organization of the Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Commerce and aspires to continue in the same profession.
